Yes. iDo Wedding Couple Edition is installed locally on your personal computer, not the web. All information that you enter goes into a database. The database resides at: C:\Elm Software\iDo\Database\ido.elmdata.
Note: We recommend that you backup your database file regularly.
Yes. iDo Wedding Couple Edition supports a direct import from Microsoft Outlook. If you do not use Outlook, iDo can import any list saved as a CSV file. Most address books (GMail, Yahoo!, etc.) allow you to export your address list in the CSV file format.
Yes. Using iDo you can print both your invitations and corresponding envelopes (inner and outer). In iDo, there is a section called 'Widgets', where you can build the wording of your invitations. We provide wording suggestions based on rules of proper etiquette. The invitation wording report prints in Microsoft Word providing the flexibility to use any size paper or template. Most "do-it-yourself" stationery companies (Crane's, Southworth, etc.) provide templates.
Yes. iDo makes printing labels easy. iDo currently supports Avery 8160 (white), 8660 (clear) and L7160 (for A4 sized paper). You can print labels for mailers, save-the-dates, thank you notes, etc.

Because computers do crash, Elm Software encourages you to periodically backup your iDo database located at: C:\Elm Software\iDo\Database\iDo.elmdata.
This file contains all of your wedding data that has been entered into iDo. Save this database file to a thumb drive, zip drive, CD or other location separate from your computer. If your computer does happen to crash, simply reinstall iDo and restore your back-up database file to C:\Elm Software\iDo\Database\iDo.elmdata.
Note: If you do not backup your database file and your computer crashes, all of your data will be lost. Please be sure to backup your database.
