iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition is designed for wedding consultants and event professionals planning multiple events simultaneously while managing their business. iDo Wedding Couple Edition is wedding software designed for brides and grooms planning their own wedding. iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition is built off of the iDo Wedding Couple Edition engine but includes more features that aid in managing your business. 
All versions of Microsoft Windows are supported. It is optimized for Microsoft Windows XP. If you have an Apple computer, iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition will run if you have Virtual PC installed.
Yes. iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition is installed locally on your personal computer, not the web. All information that you enter goes into a database. The default location of the database file is: C:\Program Files\Elm Software\iDoWPE\Database\idowpe.elmdata.
Note: The database can reside anywhere on your network (wireless or connected).
Yes. iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition allows you to manage an infinite number of occasions at the same time. Simply create a unique occasion for every event that you will be planning. For each occasion created in iDo, you will be able to provide full-service planning.
Yes. iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition can be installed on multiple computers on your network. All computers can then be configured to point to the same database. If you have any questions about setting up your network during the free trial period, please contact us.
Yes. iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition enables you to track travel plans, flight arrangements, maps of the area and hotel accommodations.
Yes. When adding new clients into iDo, denote whether they are active, inactive or a lead. Active clients are those who have a current event that you are planning, inactive clients are those whose events have passed, and leads are clients who have expressed an interest in your services.
iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition comes with a preformatted csv file that you can send to your clients. After they fill it out, they can send it back to you via email and you can easily import this file into iDo. The file is located at: C:\Elm Software\iDoWPE\Support\Contacts.csv.
Yes. Our Finances section stores money-in and money-out transactions, both scheduled and received. In iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition, we have pre-loaded a list of tax categories to help keep you organized at tax time. We are dedicated to the continual improvement of iDo and all of your reporting needs.

The certificate file authenticates your license of iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition when installed on your machine. You will need to install a certificate file on each computer using iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition.
After you have purchased iDo, we will assist you in authenticating your certificates.

Evaluation software may be downloaded from the Elm Software web site, is fully functional, and includes complete online documentation. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by sending e-mail to support@elmsoftware.com.
We do not offer refunds after the Elm Software certificate file has been sent to you.
If you contact us and email us your graphic, we will embed it in your reports at no extra charge.
Yes. Elm Software tracks all product keys sold through its website. Simply contact us and we will resend your product key.
Yes. iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition can be installed on multiple computers and link to a single database over your network. Each computer will need to have iDo installed and a purchased license. We will assist you in setting up your iDo network.
Because computers do crash, Elm Software encourages you to periodically backup your iDo database located at: C:\Elm Software\iDoWPE\iDoWPE.elmdata.
This file contains all of your wedding data that has been entered into iDo. Save this database file to a thumb drive, zip drive, CD or other location separate from your computer. If your computer does happen to crash, simply reinstall iDo and restore your back-up database file to C:\Elm Software\iDoWPE\iDoWPE.elmdata.
Note: If you do not backup your database file and your computer crashes, all of your data will be lost.
